END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Kick Ai End User License Agreement

This EULA governs your use of Kick Ai software, hardware, and AI systems.
1. License Grant
Kick Ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Use the mobile application
Use the sensor device
Access AI coaching features
For personal use, unless otherwise agreed (see B2B).
2. Ownership
You do not own:
Software
AI models
Sensor technology
All rights remain with Kick Ai.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer hardware or software
Copy or modify the system
Extract or replicate AI models
Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
4. Sensor & Hardware Disclaimer
The Kick Ai sensor:
Is not a medical or certified measurement device
Provides approximate data only
Accuracy may vary due to:
Placement
Movement
Environment
5. AI System Disclaimer
AI outputs:
Are probabilistic and may contain errors
Are for informational purposes only
Do not replace professional coaching
6. Updates & Modifications
Kick Ai may:
Update software and AI models
Modify or remove features
These updates may affect functionality.
7. B2B Licensing
Commercial users (gyms, federations, coaches):
Require a separate license or agreement
May access additional features or integrations
May be subject to data processing agreements
8. Termination of License
Your license may be revoked if:
You violate this Agreement
You misuse the system
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software and system are provided “as is”.
No guarantees are made regarding:
Accuracy
Reliability
Availability
10. Limitation of Liability
Kick Ai is not liable for:
Training-related injuries
Data inaccuracies
Indirect damages
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Finland.
