By using Kick Ai, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
Kick Ai is a combat sports training platform combining:
Sensor hardware
Mobile application
AI-powered coaching
The service is designed to provide performance insights and training support.
2. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent to use Kick Ai.
Parents/guardians:
Accept responsibility for minor users
May request data deletion
3. Accounts
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep login credentials secure
Be responsible for all account activity
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features may require payment.
Payments are processed via third parties (e.g. Stripe, Apple)
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
Pricing may change with notice
Refunds follow applicable law and platform policies
5. Hardware Purchases, Warranty & Returns
5.1 Warranty
Kick Ai provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for 12 months.
5.2 Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
Misuse or improper handling
Normal wear
Unauthorized modifications
